Procurement Outsourcing

SDI currently delivers procurement outsourcing for several global customers and has developed a proprietary web-based solution to automate the associated processes. SDI’s Web Support (SWS) system can not only be right-sized to meet our customers’ domestic demands, but also be scaled to meet multilingual and multicurrency standards within the global marketplace.
The SWS system automates the invoice process and streamlines the communication lines between SDI and all approved vendors in support of the end customer. Within the tool, suppliers can view purchase orders, submit invoices, post issues and concerns requiring resolution, view payments, and track information. The system also links customers’ team members directly to SDI’s invoice analysts and customer service representatives, ensuring complete tracking of communications and/or issue resolution.
SDI also leverages our Centers of Excellence to generate efficiencies on behalf of our customers.
